At Deighton Gates we endeavour to provide support for parents and we have a number of informal and formal processes to manage this. Please feel free to speak to a member of staff if you need further assistance.
The Autism parent support group meets at Deighton Gates Primary School once a month. It is open to any parent in the EPOS area.
The group offers support to parents of children within the following groups:
1. Have been diagnosed with an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC)
2. Are being assessed to determine if they have an ASC
3. The parent is not sure if their child might have an ASC.

Meetings are held in the staffroom between 9am and 10.30am. You can bring younger children and refreshments are provided by the school.
