A huge thank you!

The PTA would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped and supported us in 2009.


  • The Christmas fair raised a tremendous £2,044 which will benefit our children in so many ways.
  • The Christmas cards raised an amazing £350.
  • The Pig Racing evening raised £429. This was a fun an enjoyable event for all the family at the school.
  • The Fundraising Ball raised £1,000. This was held at the golf club and was well supported and a great success.
  • The Firework Display raised £250. This evening was a wonderful community event which certainly went off with a bang!
  • Thanks to everyone who was involved with the Toy Sale, it raised £180.
  • What a fantastic Autumn term! Thank you to everybody who organised and came along to these events and made them such a brilliant success!

Where the money has been spent

This year the PTA has bought fiction and non-fiction books for the new library. This has been a big hit among staff, children and parents. It supports all aspects of our children’s learning in a fun and exciting way.

The PTA is purchasing a canopy for the Reception class to support learning in the outside classroom. We're proud and excited to have the opportunity to support this project in the foundation stage.
